People need to understand that living and breathing individuals [people] can not be punished for violating a contract or law that only applies to their strawman [person] or [vessel]. Living and breathing individuals [people] are not within the jurisdiction of the Maritime Law [The Law of The Sea] that only applies to their strawman [person] or [vessel].
God did not create my strawman, He created me as a living and breathing individual. The corrupt corporation know as UNITED STATES INC, [Act of 1871] is who created my strawman without my parents knowledge, understanding or consent. So therefore, I have no allegiance to the UNITED STATES INC because I am not the strawman. As a living and breathing individual, I am not in their jurisdiction of laws [Maritime Law] and they do not control me, they only control my strawman. My allegiance is only to God the Creator of heaven and earth.
A Birth Certificate [Illegal Contract] that has my name in all capitol letters TREVOR ALLEN WINCHELL does not identify me as a living and breathing individual. My "Certificate of Live Birth" with my name spelled like this Trevor Allen Winchell, is the real record of my birth and what identifies me as a living and breathing individual.
The same thing with my Social Security Card that has my name in all capitol letters TREVOR ALLEN WINCHELL is not associated to me as a living and breathing individual.
The same thing with my "Drivers License" that has my name in all capitol letters TREVOR ALLEN WINCHELL is not associated to me and does not identify me as a living and breathing individual.
In fact, according to this null and void "Drivers License", that is associated with my strawman and actually represents my Strawman who can't drive my car. He cant, think, he cant see, hear or even talk, he cant make decisions. The fact of the matter is, I Trevor Allen Winchell as a living and breathing individual can drive my car without "Drivers License" because traveling is a right and NOT a privilege. Driving only has to do with commerce and my strawman. Traveling has nothing to do with commerce.
