MARITIME LAW = STRAWMAN VS COMMON LAW = LIVING AND BREATHING INDIVIDUAL.
Strawman = JOHN DOE vs Living breathing individual = John Doe
Maritime law can only be applied to your strawman also known as a "vessel" or "person" it cannot be applied to a living and breathing individual.
It's very important understand that all of these laws that have been created in regard to the corrupt corporation United States Inc in regard to maritime law cannot be applied to a living breathing individual and they know this because these illegal laws they have created they know that they are unconstitutional according to the original Constitution. So therefore they utilize your straw man as a legal fiction to apply these unconstitutional laws according to maritime law and then you as a living breathing person are required to pay for all this stuff.
Think about it the straw man he can't work, he can't earn a living, he doesn't make any money at all, he can't pay any bills, he can't mail a check to pay for these bills, so they utilize your straw man only as a legal fiction to be able to apply these unconstitutional laws and then you as a living breathing person are the one who pays for these fines and fees and all this other nonsense.
As an example of this when you get pulled over for speeding and the officer writes a citation or ticket he is actually not issuing that ticket to you as a living breathing individual he is literally and technically issuing that ticket to your straw man because the name on your driver's license is an all capital letters which identifies your straw man not you as a living breathing individual. But again because your straw man he can't earn money he can't make a living he can't pay any bills they utilize your straw man to conduct what we call commercial commerce and you as a living breathing individual pay the fee for that ticket.
