Awakening to Action: The Urgent Call to Restore Our Republic at the County Level

In today's rapidly evolving political landscape, it is increasingly evident that many individuals remain oblivious to the pressing issues facing our nation. Far too many people are still out in la la land choosing to ignore the critical events unfolding around them. This detachment is not merely a passive state of mind; it reflects a broader societal trend where discussions about civic engagement and responsibility often devolve into mere rhetoric. There is a palpable need for individuals to confront the reality of our circumstances, to get their heads out of the sand, and to recognize that the time for complacency has passed. The challenges we face are not just political or economic; they are existential, impacting the very fabric of our Republic. Ignoring these issues only serves to exacerbate the problems we face, and it is essential for people to awaken from this state of inaction and begin to engage actively in the process of fully restoring our republic at the county level.

There is far too much talk and no action where people prioritize virtual engagement over tangible results. While discussions and debates are vital components of a healthy republic, they must be coupled with proactive measures to effect change. The urgency of the current situation cannot be overstated; we are at a critical juncture where the restoration of our republic is not just a lofty ideal but a necessary endeavor. The groundwork for revitalizing civic engagement has already been laid by those who have tirelessly worked to reclaim our liberty and freedom. It is imperative for individuals to step up—not tomorrow, not next week, not next month, but now! Each county across all 50 states holds the potential for grassroots movements that can drive significant change. This call to action is a rallying cry for all people to take responsibility for their communities and to actively participate in the processes that govern their lives.

To fully appreciate the gravity of our situation, it is important to understand the historical context surrounding the movement to restore our Republic. The origins of this initiative can be traced back to a group of patriotic retired military generals who recognized the need for a strategic plan to safeguard America's ideals. Beginning around the time of the JFK assassination in 1963, these individuals laid the foundation for a long-term strategy that would span decades. Their efforts gained momentum in 1979, when they formalized their commitment to restoring the Republic. This historical narrative is not merely a tale of past events; it is a testament to the resilience and dedication of those who have worked behind the scenes to protect our freedoms. In 2009-2010, this group identified Donald Trump as a pivotal figure who could lead the charge in the 2016 presidential election, further intertwining military strategy with political action. Understanding this history provides critical insight into the motivations and plans that have been in the works for over half a century.

As we look to the future, the message is clear: we need people to step up now. The restoration of our Republic is not solely the responsibility of a select few; it requires the involvement of every American who is willing to advocate for change. The military and political leaders who have dedicated their lives to this cause cannot do it alone. It is the collective responsibility of the populace to engage in their local communities, to educate themselves on the issues at hand, and to take action that aligns with the principles of liberty and justice. The time for passive observation has long since passed; it is now a moment for decisive action and unwavering commitment. The call to restore our Republic is not one that can be ignored or postponed. Each individual has the power to influence their surroundings, and it is time to harness that power for the greater good. The future of our nation hangs in the balance, and it is up to us to ensure that the legacy of liberty and freedom endures for generations to come.

I am stepping up and filling a seat in the restored Republic in Bay County as a county justice. I will be appointed by the interim governor of the Republic of Michigan (NOT THE STATE OF MICHIGAN), and soon I will be the first justice in the Bay County judicial branch to be officially sworn in as an officer of the restored Republic for the united States of America. I need more people to step up and either fill a seat or become electors in the restored Republic. It's also very important to understand that every seat that is filled in Bay County is operating under the CORPORATION, UNITED STATES INC. Most of these people unknowingly realize that our Republic of 1776 was hijacked in 1861 and replaced by the corrupt CORPORATION. Together, we can reclaim our governance and restore the principles of liberty and justice that our founding fathers envisioned. It is time for people to awaken to the truth and take action, ensuring that our local government reflects the values of the true Republic of 1776. Let us unite in this mission and pave the way for a brighter future for Bay County and beyond.

Roles of a County Justice in the restored Republic for the united States of America

1. Judicial Responsibilities: County justices are responsible for hearing and determining cases in both civil and criminal matters. They ensure that all court proceedings are conducted fairly and impartially, upholding the integrity of the judicial system. This includes presiding over trials, making rulings on motions, and issuing judgments (the jury renders the verdict). Some additional judicial responsibilities of a County justice are to provide members of a grand jury (when needed), ensure fair and impartial proceedings, and uphold the principles of justice within the community.

2. Administrative Duties: In addition to their judicial roles, county justices often manage court resources and finances. This can involve overseeing the budget for the common law court system, ensuring that it operates efficiently and effectively. They may also be involved in the administration of local jails and law enforcement agencies.

3. Community Engagement: County justices often engage with the community to promote understanding of the legal system and to address local legal issues. This can include outreach efforts to educate the public about their rights and responsibilities according to common law.

Let it be known that every court and every judge in this country, even down to the county level, is currently operating under the jurisdiction of admiralty/maritime law. This means they are dealing with cargo and not living, breathing human beings. It should also be known that when we, as living and breathing human beings, walk into their maritime/admiralty courtroom, they do not see us as living and breathing individuals; they, in fact, only see us as cargo since they only deal with the law of the sea, which is admiralty/maritime law. When I say they are dealing with commerce and cargo, I'm referring to your corporate construct, which would be your name in all capital letters: JOHN DOE / JANE DOE. This explains why all of our "legal" documents—such as driver's licenses, social security cards, voter registrations, car insurance, the title on your car, and even the plates and registration for your car—list your name in all capital letters. It's the same reason why the police can stop you and give you a ticket for violating their statutory laws, like speeding limits and not using your turn signal at a corner, and even for not having a driver's license, insurance, or a license plate. They are dealing with your corporate construct, your name all in capital letters: JOHN DOE / JANE DOE. They view everyone who steps into their maritime/admiralty law courtroom as cargo that is being conducted for commerce.

Also, let it be known that constitutional justices, who are not called "judges" but rather justices, even at the county and state level, do not wear black robes. They do not have to be registered with the BAR (British Accredited Registry) or take the BAR exam. All of these people, knowingly or unknowingly, work for the British crown, and their allegiance is to the British crown. As I said, some know, and some do not.

Understanding Lawful vs. Legal Jurisdictions

It should also be known that "Lawful" operates within the jurisdiction of common law and constitutional law courts, which are foundational to the Republic for The United States of America established in 1776, emphasizing the principles of individual rights and limited government as articulated in the Declaration of Independence and the Constitution. Common law, characterized by its reliance on judicial precedents and case law rather than solely on statutes, serves as a framework for legal interpretation and decision-making, allowing for flexibility and adaptation to new circumstances while maintaining a consistent legal standard across similar cases. This system is rooted in the historical context of English law and has evolved to form the basis of the American legal system, where justices play a crucial role in shaping the law through their rulings.

In contrast, the term "Legal" refers to the jurisdiction of Admiralty or maritime law courts, which emerged with the establishment of the UNITED STATES INC. CORPORATION in 1871, marking a significant shift in the legal landscape. Admiralty law, traditionally governing maritime affairs and navigation, has expanded to encompass a broader range of commercial and contractual disputes, operating under different principles than those found in common law.

This distinction highlights a fundamental divergence in the nature of law as it pertains to individual rights versus corporate governance, with the latter prioritizing the interests of the state or corporate entities over those of the individual. The creation of the UNITED STATES INC. in 1871 is viewed as a pivotal moment that transformed the legal framework, leading to a system where legal rights and obligations are frequently dictated by statutory regulations and corporate interests, rather than the common law principles that prioritize personal liberties and justice.

Thus, understanding these two jurisdictions—Lawful and Legal—is essential for grasping the complexities of the American legal system and the implications for individual rights and governance in contemporary society.
