I am writing to the people of America to inform you that the courts and judges in every state and county in America are in direct violation of the liberties, rights, and freedoms of the people of America, as protected by the Constitution of 1789.
The courts and judges in every state and county in America are operating under maritime/admiralty law, which is the law of the sea, and therefore have no jurisdiction over the people of America. The people of America are not subject to the statutory laws, policies, and regulations of commercial law, as outlined in the Uniform Commercial Code (UCC).
The statutory laws, policies, and regulations of commercial law only apply to the non-living, non-breathing corporate construct known as "JOHN DOE" or "JANE DOE," and not to the living and breathing human beings John Doe or Jane Doe living in America. As living and breathing human beings, we live our lives and conduct ourselves according to constitutional common law, and therefore cannot be held responsible for violations of the unconstitutional statutory laws, policies, and regulations of commercial law.
Therefore, these courts are, in fact, dealing with our non-living, non-breathing corporate construct known as "JOHN DOE" or "JANE DOE" when we enter into these courts. This is the reason our name on our "driver's license" and all court documents is in all capital letters, including our name. Our non-living, non-breathing corporate construct cannot speak nor defend itself; therefore, we, out of fear, are obligated to pay fines that are attributed to our corporate construct "JOHN DOE" or "JANE DOE."
Moving forward, any violation of our constitutional rights will be met with firm lawful action in a common law court. We demand that the courts and judges operating under maritime/admiralty law in every state and county in America immediately cease their unlawful operations and respect the liberties, rights, and freedoms of the people of America, as protected by the Constitution of 1789.
