1 Children, listen to the discipline of a father, And give attention to know understanding;
2 For I gave you good instruction: Do not forsake my Torah.
Proverbs 4:1-2 TS2009
At this decisive turning point in America’s history, the timeless words of Proverbs resound with urgent relevance: “Children, listen to the discipline of a father, and give attention to know understanding; for I gave you good instruction: do not forsake My Torah.” These scriptures encapsulate the heart of the moral and spiritual crisis facing our nation—a people who have strayed from the wisdom, discipline, and divine instruction that once formed the foundation of our liberty. The “discipline of a father” symbolizes the loving correction and moral guidance that once flowed from the home, the community, and the Creator Himself. To “give attention to understanding” means to humble ourselves and seek truth—not from corrupt institutions or self-serving ideologies, but from the everlasting wisdom of the Creator. The Torah—the divine law of righteousness—is not a relic of ancient times but a living framework for justice, morality, and order. America’s turning point must come through remembrance and restoration: returning to the principles of divine governance that inspired our nation’s founding and sustained its early generations. When a nation rejects the Creator’s instruction, chaos and deception fill the void, as we have all witnessed over many decades; but when it reclaims the Father’s discipline and honors His Torah, understanding, blessing, and peace are restored. The path forward is not political but spiritual—requiring the people of America to listen once more as children to their Father’s voice, receiving good instruction and walking in the truth that alone can preserve her destiny and renew her covenant of liberty under the Creator.
