Let there be no mistake, Peter Hoakstra is a globalist today and his band of thugs and ruffians are about to be tossed into the street like the vermin they are.  The January 6 Coup was illegal and that simple fact is starting to find its way into relevance.

A brief recap is in order.

After the globalists who controlled the Michigan Republican Party through Ron Weiser managed to completely destroy MIGOP and any semblance of functionality as a political party, the grassroots rose up and selected Kristina Karamo as chairwoman.

The prior administration left the Michigan Republican Party in shambles. The state of the party resembled Dresden after the fire bombings.  The only people that gave money to Michigan Republican Party were globalists as most rank and file Republicans had been betrayed so often by the Michigan Republican Party that they vowed never to donate to it again.  On his way out the door, Weiser emptied out the bank accounts and left MIGOP hundreds of thousands of dollars in debt and without an office or even basic communications information.  It was an intentional sabotage of the party.

 This was the condition in which Kristina began her administration. 

From the outset, she had backstabbing Mike Pence types like Melinda Pego who tried to sabotage MIGIO at every turn.  Melinda even admitted to this underhanded behavior in depositions.

Despite these many headwinds, Christina successfully rebuilt and rebranded the party and brought in many new donors.  She steadfastly refused to permit my Gov to launder money for globalist aligned Republicans even though such refusal was the catalyst for the sabotage against her.

The Karamo administration managed to throw a hugely successful leadership conference on Mackinac Island.  The reputation of MIGOP as a hotbed of globalist inbreeding was rehabilitated as she was embraced by serious constitutional warriors like Senator Ron Johnson of Wisconsin and soon to be Senator Kari Lake of Arizona.

Now back to current events.

The decision to remove Kristina from her position as chairwoman was ultimately not a decision that was within the Court’s jurisdiction and power.  The First Amendment to the United States constitution - which state courts adhere to through incorporation by the 14th amendment - requires that the government allow private citizens to assemble.  This First Amendment principle means that government power cannot be used to regulate in the affairs of private groups organized pursuant to the 1st amendment.  By removing Kristina Karamo as chairwoman of MIGOP, Judge Rossi impermissibly violated the 1st Amendment rights of all the delegates that voted for her in February 2023.   

The Court in Kalamazoo just figured this out.  All the other decisions that went against Kristina were based on the Kalamazoo case.  Now that it has been reversed, all the other cases will be reversed as well.

Peter Hoekstra is already packing up his desk.  No doubt he plans on wrecking MIGOP again on his way out the door.

The major issue at play in this case is the application of a case from the 1980’s called Heitmanis v. Austin.  In the Heitmanis case, a Federal Court of Appeals ruled that determinations of leadership in a political party is a pure question of internal party policy and as a result any court that would accept jurisdiction to make such a ruling would violate the First Amendment of the US constitution.

Saturday, March 16 at 12 o'clock noon we are heading up to Lansing in front of the MIGOP building offices to protest and rally support for the 24 counties that were disenfranchised and not credentialed at the convention. This is totally unacceptable They were elected by their communities to represent them, and they were denied doing their elected positions.

Facts you need to know:

1. Hoexter has taken over the bank account

2. He has threatened the treasurer (who was duly elected by the State Committee Members)  When you use the word legal in any sentence that is a threat.    This is unbecoming a Chair.   He could have had a conversation with her about the process after the court ruling - BUT HE DID NOT.

3. The Secretary (who was duly elected by the State Committee Members) has hired an attorney and would not attend either convention because she is afraid based on perceived threats. AGAIN NO CONVERSATION WITH HER ABOUT THE PROCESS GOING FORWARD.   This is also unbecoming a Chair

4. Isn't it amazing that in 2023 when we had election for the Chair and there was several people running and in the first round they did not call a winner because no one got over 50%.   SO there had to be a run off for the final vote and Kristina WON!  But in the race between Hima, Bernadette and Linda they are going to declare Hima a winner and Hima did not get 50% or more.   OH YES - RULES FOR THEY AND NOT MORE ME.

5. Huntington was secured and paid for prior to January 6.   Was is it necessary not to use it.  He could have taken it over and ran it since he feels he was in charge.  POINT OF INFORMATON AMWAY IS DEVOS OWNED.

6. Kristina sent out a call to convention prior to January 6 and stating the facts of what the process was and according to the Rules of Convention once the letter was sent out it cannot be changed.  I can guarantee the Amway cost was way more than $30,000 which was all in at Huntington.

7. Call to Action - Everyone District precinct delegate needs to contact their State Committee Members that YOU elected to find out what is going on.  When are the State Committee Members going to vote out the duly elected and elect treasurer, and secretary - it should not be Hoexter.    Also if the members are going to be a part of bullying and threatening duly elected people who stepped up to take on these demanding roles, then we need to vote them out of office.   We will not be any better than the Democrats.    IF YOU DO NOT KNOW WHO THE STATE COMMITTEE PEOPLE ARE, CONTACT ME AND I WILL SEND YOU THE INFORMATION.

Hoexter barred 24 counties, even thought the duly elected secretary by the State Committee members sent him the information right after the court ruling that stated Kristiina could no longer act as chair - until the court hearing in June 2024. Following Judge Rossi’s ruling on 2/27/24, I emailed the list of elected delegates and alternates from each county to District Convention as well as the list of delegate candidates to the RNC Convention to Stuart Foster and Dr. Rob Steele at 7:25pm that evening. I re-sent the same email to both Stuart Foster and Dr. Rob Steele on the morning of 2/28/24, in an attempt to ensure ALL counties would be credentialed.  Neither Stuart Foster nor Dr. Rob Steele responded to either email, however they confirmed to another state committee member that they would accept the list of delegate candidates to RNC. 

Why would they not accept the list of delegates and alternates to District Convention from the MIGOP Secretary?  If they had questions or concerns about what I submitted why didn’t they just call or email me? Instead, I got a text message from Ambassador Hoekstra saying, “limit your correspondence from MIGOP accounts, or use of MIGOP materials, email lists, etc. to actions only authorized by Malinda or myself.”

Dear Pete Hoekstra,

As a Christian I will not name call (although my flesh would like to), but I will expose the evil deeds of darkness (as Eph. 5:11 calls me to). Your actions, Sir, have been nothing less than COWARDLY! First, you meet with my husband for breakfast and seem to have a good conversation. Then you meet with Kristina Karamo for breakfast, same thing. The next thing we know, you are throwing both of them, along with Ottawa Impact under the bus, telling all the HRCC that they are ruining the party! Why not say it to their face?

Then your friends try to destroy Kristina and her administration with lies, deception, bullying, and veiled threats. Very ironic how your pal Warren Carpenter sends multiple veiled threats to several members of Kristina’s team (including veiled threats against my children… “Are you sure you want to do this?…You have children, Joel!”) and how two pastors received threatening calls against their wives and children by someone to keep them from hosting our events. Now you appoint Warren as your finance chair? Wow! I won’t speculate why!

Then your “friends” hold a 40 person coup, change the bylaws to lower the requirement to remove Kristina and “elect” you as chair because they knew they didn’t have the numbers to do it the right way. When that doesn’t work, why not try corrupt law-fare to get your way? Next, jerk all the PDs around and waste thousands of dollars by changing the location of the state convention (don’t worry about the thousands of PDs who will be out $$ for hotel rooms either) because you know you can’t have thousands of delegates in one room to boo you off the stage like they did with Wieser!

Then just to be sure no one tries to reverse what you’ve done, make sure not to credential 24 counties who are against your evil schemes at the state convention and say it’s because they didn’t turn their stuff in on time (even though they DID - they sent it to the REAL duly elected MIGOP secretary as the rules state - oh but not your rules, right?)

Then decide to call a SC meeting last minute so none of those you refused to credential from D1 would make the drive down (why would they after being jerked around and wasting $$ on hotel rooms when they know you won’t credential them for the convention and are sick of your games?) That way you can enshrine the votes that excluded all the uncredentialed delegates.

Then in all time cowardly fashion have a woman run the SC meeting in your place so you don’t have to deal with any flack from upset PDs! Oh and don’t forget to reinstate all those who were properly removed by their counties for going along with the coup!

Congratulations Sir! You now control the party and made sure “We the People” won’t be able to take it back (this year)! What a clever way to get the other lawsuits dropped too that could have exposed more corruption!

Unfortunately, you’ve also lost the respect of thousands of PDs across this state who will refuse to go along with your tyrannical form of government and will make sure everyone knows what you did to them. Good day, Sir!
